Two chairs beside a bulletin board connecting notes and experiences into a bigger picture

Something is wrong here, and it isn't the people.

Culture Rebuild is for organizations that know things aren't right inside, and can't quite name what happened or how to fix it.

You probably didn't come to this page casually.

Maybe good people keep leaving and the exit interviews all say something vague. Maybe meetings have an undertone. Maybe there's a version of what happens here that leadership sees and a different version everyone else lives in. Maybe someone said the word toxic out loud and it landed hard because it wasn't entirely wrong.

Here's the thing we want to say before anything else.

Nothing is wrong with your organization. Something happened to it.

Organizations carry what they've been through the same way people do. A funding crisis that turned into layoffs. A leader who hurt people and left. A merger nobody processed. Years of doing too much with too little, where the only way through was for everyone to absorb a little more damage than was reasonable. Those things leave marks, and the marks show up as culture.

So the question we ask isn't what's broken here. It's what happened here, and how does it all connect.

Culture is the one thing an organization can't observe about itself.

Leadership sees the version people bring to leadership. Staff see their corner of it. New people notice everything for about six weeks and then stop noticing. Everyone has a piece and nobody has the picture, and the pieces that matter most are the ones nobody feels safe saying out loud.

That's not a failure of anyone's attention. It's what being inside something does.

  1. We find out what's true.

Conversations with people at every level, an anonymous channel that stays open, and a look at the things that shape culture whether anyone intends them to: how people get hired and brought in, how supervision works, how decisions get made and who hears about them, what happens when something goes wrong, who's left and why.

  2. We put it together

Not a list of complaints. A picture of how your organization came to work the way it does, and the history that explains it. Most of the time, once you can see the whole thing, it makes sense. People were doing their best inside something that wasn't set up to hold them.

  3. We give it to you straight

You'll hear what we found, including the parts that are hard to hear. Softening it wouldn't be doing you any favors. You'll also hear what's working, and there's always more of that than anyone inside can see right now.

  4. We build the plan.

Specific and sequenced. What changes first, who owns it, what it looks like when it's working. Culture doesn't change because leadership announces that it will. It changes when the things underneath it change.

Two ways to move forward.

Both start with listening, understanding what’s happening, and building a practical plan. You choose who carries that plan into action.

See It Clearly

We build the plan. Your team takes it forward.

We listen, connect the pieces, and give you a clear picture of what’s happening, along with a practical, sequenced plan for change. You decide how to use it, and your team leads the work.

A fit when: you want an outside perspective and have the people and capacity to put the plan into practice.

See It Through

We build the plan. Then we do the work with you.

You get the same listening, analysis, and plan. Then we stay to help put it into practice: coaching your leaders, working through hard conversations, and making changes alongside your team. We adjust together as the work unfolds.

A fit when: you want a hands-on partner to help carry the change, not just a plan to carry on your own.

You don’t have to know which path fits before we talk. We’ll help you think through what your team can carry and where working alongside you would help.

The price depends on how many people we're talking with and how many locations you have.

For smaller organizations, this starts at $3,500. Our pricing flexes with size and revenue, because the organizations that need this most often have the least room to pay for it.

See It Through runs month to month for at least six months. Anything shorter doesn't change a culture. It just makes people hopeful and then tired.

Tell us where you are. No need to explain or justify.

From the Outside Looking In. How your organization treats the people inside it and how it treats the people it serves usually come from the same root. Seeing both at once is a fuller picture than either alone.

Leadership and Management Development. Most culture problems live in the gap between what managers are asked to do and what they were ever taught to do. Fixing the culture and building the leaders tend to be the same project.

When you bring us in, your team will hear about it. That announcement is itself the first thing that happens, and it matters more than most people expect.

For a lot of your staff it will be the first signal that someone above them noticed, believed it, and did something. We'll help you say it in a way that lands as we're taking this seriously rather than we're being investigated.

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes, no cost, and no pressure. Tell us what's going on. Even if you never hire us, hearing what's actually happening in organizations helps us do this better.
