Two sisters, one shared way of seeing the whole picture.

Our story
Connected first through a DNA test, we discovered we weren't just family, we were two halves of the same brain. Our minds work the same way, we balance each other's strengths, and once we started building together, it was clear this was something to keep doing.
That's the heart of Crafted for Good. Deanna builds the systems, compliance, and infrastructure that hold an organization together. Leigh shapes the strategy, programs, and human experience that make it thrive. Between us, we cover the full picture, the vision and the follow through, the heart and the craft.
Values led, always
It's not what is wrong with you.
It's what happened to you.
There's a question at the heart of trauma informed care. We carry that same question into our work with organizations. Not what is broken here, but what happened, what shaped this, and how does it all connect. Nobody and nothing is broken. Every organization is the sum of what it has lived through, and once you can see the whole picture, you can start to move it forward.
We also know that organizations are shaped by the world around them. The communities you serve are up against real, systemic barriers, and the work of putting more good into the world means naming those barriers honestly and holding justice as part of the job, not a footnote to it.
So yes, kindness, compassion, justice, integrity, respect. But more than words on a page, they're the lens we do the work through. They shape what we notice, what we ask, and how we treat every person and organization we're lucky enough to serve.
Why we work close to home
Good work starts close to home.
The world feels like a lot right now. Hard news, real need, and not enough hands. It would be easy to feel small in the middle of it. We felt that too. So we asked a smaller and more useful question: what can two people do with what they already know how to do?
We work with the organizations holding a community together with a small team and a lot of heart. Local is where we can see what changes, meet the people it changes for, and come back next month to check on it.
The software is what makes that possible. When an organization buys a tool from us, that money pays for the hands-on help we give organizations that could never afford it. No grant to chase, no funding cycle to wait out. The work pays for itself, so it keeps going.
And we do not hand over a plan and disappear. A binder on a shelf has never fixed anything. We stay. The relationship is the part that makes the rest of it work.
What we're here for
We bring the full picture into focus so good work can grow.
A world where dreams are limited only by imagination, never by infrastructure.
You dream it. We craft it.
A note on cost
Good support shouldn't depend on how much funding you've already found.
We believe the organizations doing the hardest work often have the least to spend on help, and that has never sat right with us. So our pricing flexes with the size and revenue of your organization. Ask us about it when you reach out. No need to explain or justify, just tell us where you are and we'll figure out the rest together.
Proudly Illinois and Oregon based, partnering with organizations nationwide.
Careers
There's room at this table.
We're always happy to meet people who are good at what they do and care about why they do it. We aren't always hiring, but the right person has a way of showing up before the right role does. So if the mission speaks to you and you bring something special to the table, send your info our way and tell us what that something is. If a role opens up that fits, we'll be in touch.
Thank you, truly.
We read every one of these. If there's a fit now or later, you'll hear from us. Questions in the meantime? Email hello@craftedforgood.co.
