Your results are your results. We're not going to lock them behind an email address. We record the answers you choose and anything you write, because knowing where organizations are struggling helps us build better. You can take this without giving us your name, organization, or email. At the end you can download your results straight to your computer, or email them to yourself if that's easier. We won't reach out to you unless you ask us to.
